PEMEC delivers mechanical building services, specialist pipework and off-site fabricated packages for construction and energy projects. We support clients from early design coordination and buildability reviews through to fabrication, installation, testing and handover.
We identify opportunities to fabricate and assemble suitable elements of the work in our 25,000 sq ft workshop before they reach site. This can help reduce site congestion, improve quality control and support a more predictable installation programme.
Mechanical packages for your project
Mechanical building services and pipework
Mechanical installation and specialist pipework packages, including heating systems and plant connections, coordinated with electrical, public health and controls specialists to suit the project scope.
Energy centres and packaged plantrooms
Fabrication and installation of energy centre pipework, packaged plantrooms and plant skids, including natural refrigerant heat pumps and other low-carbon technology, coordinated early to suit equipment layouts and maintenance access.
Off-site modules and prefabricated assemblies
Pipework modules, prefabricated distribution assemblies, risers and corridor service modules, assembled in our workshop before installation. Multi-service modules can incorporate coordinated specialist elements to suit the agreed project requirements.
Design coordination and handover
Buildability reviews, value engineering and fabrication detailing, plus testing and commissioning of our scope, coordination of building management system (BMS) and metering interfaces, and handover documentation.
Competence and assurance
We bring experience from demanding industrial and energy projects to building services packages. Material traceability, inspection, testing and handover records are managed to suit the agreed project requirements.
