Contracts Manager

Carl is our Contracts Manager and is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of PEMEC's projects from pre-construction through to completion. He works closely with clients, project managers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are clearly planned, coordinated and delivered to the highest standards. Carl manages contractual obligations, commercial performance and project compliance while supporting teams to resolve technical and operational challenges throughout delivery. His practical, collaborative approach helps maintain strong client relationships, manage risk effectively and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and in line with PEMEC's commitment to quality.
