PEMEC fabricates pipework in our Hull workshop and installs it on site, from single spools to complete pipework packages.
Our experienced team specialises in the fabrication of carbon steel and stainless steel pipework, including complex spools, assemblies and associated pressure-containing components. All fabrication is carried out to your required project specifications, codes and quality standards.

Quality & compliance
Our fabrication is supported by controlled welding procedures, qualified welders, material traceability and inspection at each stage of manufacture. We work to ASME B31.3 and ASME B31.1 piping codes, with welding procedures specified and qualified to EN ISO 15609-1 and EN ISO 15614-1.
Pipework is pressure-tested in our workshop before it leaves. Where required, fabrication can also include visual inspection, dye penetrant, magnetic particle, radiographic and ultrasonic examination.
Our welders are tested to EN ISO 9606-1 and ASME IX before production work, and our QA team hold CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector qualifications. A quality dossier is supplied with every completed project.
