Four ways we reduce delivery risk

Early technical engagement

We review drawings, access routes and installation sequence before the work is priced and planned. Clashes and buildability problems are fixed at drawing stage, before anyone mobilises.

Controlled off-site fabrication

Spools, supports and steelwork are fabricated in our Hull workshop, with pipework pressure-tested before it leaves. That means less hot work on your plant and shorter installation windows.

Directly managed site delivery

PEMEC's site management team runs each job day to day, coordinating trades, permits and lifts under one plan, with one point of contact who knows where the work stands.

Flexibility around live environments

Most of our work is on operating sites. We plan around shutdown windows, permits and live plant, and re-sequence the work when the programme changes.
