Resourcing Administrator

Tatiana is our Resourcing Administrator and plays a key role in ensuring PEMEC has the right people in the right roles across the business. She works closely with our management, project teams and candidates to coordinate recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day resourcing requirements. Tatiana supports the smooth running of the office by managing administration, maintaining recruitment records and helping organise workforce planning across multiple projects. Her organised approach, strong communication skills and commitment to supporting both new and existing employees make her an important part of PEMEC's continued growth and success.
