Mike is our Site Manager and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of PEMEC's projects on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. He works closely with our project managers, supervisors and clients to coordinate site activities, manage resources and keep projects running on schedule. Mike ensures health and safety procedures are followed, monitors progress and supports site teams to deliver quality work across every stage of a project. His hands-on approach, strong leadership and commitment to maintaining high standards make him an important part of PEMEC's successful project delivery.
