Paul is our Estimator and is responsible for accurately assessing project costs, materials and resource requirements to support the successful delivery of PEMEC's projects. He works closely with our commercial team, project managers and clients to prepare detailed quotations and ensure every project is planned with accuracy from the outset. Paul reviews specifications, drawings and tender documents to produce competitive estimates while maintaining PEMEC's high standards of quality and efficiency. His attention to detail, commercial awareness and methodical approach help ensure projects are delivered within budget and provide clients with reliable, cost-effective solutions from enquiry through to project delivery.
