This role does not offer a full WFH option but there may be an option of part hybrid. However you will be expected to work in our office on a weekly basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- You will have a minimum of five years within the Civils and Groundswork industry
- Ensures projects are delivered within timescales and costs to completion and wash up
- You will have negotiation and communication skills as you will be the “go to” person for the whole project.
- Negotiate the terms of the contract, be clear about obligations and be close to the implementation of a project
- You will be the main contact for trades, labour, and equipment
- Works closely with the senior management team on the full scope of the project
- Monitoring site performance against the programme schedules
- Ensuring a high level of health & safety is maintained on site in line with full legislation for all parties
- Responsible for all Quality control and assurance
- Must be able to deal with the unexpected professionally and pertinently
- Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks
- Experience of cost and risk management
